When you receive your vehicle for the first time, you will be given a driver card. Please keep this card safe as it contains all of the relevant contact details you will need for customer service, breakdown, service and repairs etc.
Your fleet manager can also confirm if you have additional services such as accident management, breakdown, maintenance, glass replacement, tyre replacement, insurance, roadside assistance and accident management services as part of your fleet policy.
